Year after year I have watched the touting of ASU players as potential Cards. Some have worked out and some havent.
I have never touted a UA player as being a good pick for the CArds. Some of the Devil fans will say that is because there havent been any good UA players to tout! Maybe. Chris McAllister hasnt turned out too shabby. And Trung just might make it in DC.
I do think that the CArds should take a chance on Bobby Wade and bring him back to the valley to play. In my mind he is a good replacement for Boston.

Bobby Wade is a real good player I want the Cards to draft him anywhere after the 4th round if he is there, with that said he won't replace Boston but he could be a very good compliment if he can find his niche.

I watched Bobby play alot while he was here. Many a time you'd have thought he had stick'm on his hands. He'd catch some uncatchable balls. Not to mention that,"supposed to be somebody", nobody he had throw'n to him, JJ.. He was a decent return man as well.. Some minor off the field problems, but easily a solid 4th or 5th round receiver. Size, work ethic and off the field issues are all his negatives. But the boy can damn sure catch a ball.. Passed, kicked, or punted. Although, I didn't see what if anything was said of him at the combine. Probably not even invited.

I remember seeing he ran a horrible 40 - something like 4.6 or greater...I'll see if I can dig up a link.

There another guy from the UofA that I would like us to draft Makoa Freitas OG/C, again another 4th round type guy but I like his upside and think he would fit well with this line very physical player.

I've watched Bobby Wade play for 7 football seasons now, since I graduated from the same high school (Desert Vista), the same year as he did. He is a pretty good guy as far as most athletes go (wasn't a real troublemaker or anything like that, and got good grades).

He would be a nice addition later (after 3rd round) in the draft, and could be a nice slot receiver. He doesn't have overwhelming numbers (I know that he ran a 4.6 in high school, which at DV wasn't all that special) but he is a great football player as far as understanding the game.
