Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs have been dominating the NFL landscape for the past several years.

While the Chiefs were unsuccessful in winning the Super Bowl title last season, falling to the Philadelphia Eagles in the championship game, they have hoisted the Lombardi Trophy in two of the last three seasons.

Kelce has also found tremendous success off the field.

The Chiefs' tight end hosts one of the most popular sports podcasts in the entertainment space, "New Heights," alongside his brother Jason Kelce.

In the latest episode of "New Heights," Kelce shared his thoughts on one of the most popular stories in the NFL.

Shedeur Sanders has taken over league conversations after falling from a potential top-three pick in the 2025 NFL Draft to a fifth-round pick, taken by the Cleveland Browns.

Kelce views this as a victory for the Browns, his hometown team. He also believes Sanders will have a chip on his shoulder after the draft disaster.

“I love this for Cleveland,” Kelce said. “God, I love this for Cleveland. I really do, man. The Browns fan deep down in my heart is like [expletive] yeah. Sanders played four seasons at the collegiate level, two at Jackson State and two with the Colorado Buffaloes.

Last season, Sanders proved to be one of the top quarterbacks in college football, capping off his senior year with 37 touchdowns and 4,134 yards, completing 74% of his pass attempts.

He played alongside Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter, who was selected with the No. 2 overall pick by the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Sanders will now be in a crowded quarterback room with Dillon Gabriel, Deshaun Watson, Joe Flacco and Kenny Pickett.
