The Little League Softball World Series is underway for Toms River, which faces the Kinki Softball Little League from Sangō, Japan on Sunday. Here are updates:
The game is in a rain delay with Japan leading 3-0 in the bottom of the second inning. Rain expected to last about an hour based on the radar.
Japanese in the first inning builds a 3-0 lead on one hit and two errors.
Analeise Curley opened the game with a single Jaelyn Brown added another hit with one out but the New Jersey team couldn't plate either of the runners.
