Suns played without 4 or their top 8 players in the final 2ish minutes and still pulled it out. They totally deserved a loss but scrapped at the end. The anti-2024/25 suns.

game showed us a bunch of things - we're deeper than book and dtv and jalen green
but if we're going to be a playoff team we can't commit dumb fouls - puts us at the mercy of the refs later in the game - when times are tough we have to rely on defense - shots might not fall but defense solves it all
i don't know what this does for book - he sat and watched his second biggest rival crap the bed and then crap the bed again at the free throw line - hopefully book doesn't put the anty on the pedestal no more
incredible win tho - at the end of the season when everything is tight this game tonight will be more important than we can imagine right now

Of course he tried to flop on that last shot. For sure thought the ref would get baited into it and call Dunn for a foul.
I'm just glad they bailed out book. Thats what a good team does. Bail out their overpaid and over hyped superstars.
I seriously don't expect dunn to be in the next game i hope he's in a ice bath right now

Goodwin, RO, Gillespie at the end! Gillespie was tired before that final TO but how clutch he came back to hit the winner. Before that Goodwin was the main force to lead our final comeback. The reason our subs play so good mainly because of those two.
Book finally faced a great def. team and fell into traps in the paint, with 9 TOs. Ott ought to work with him to be smarter. Team was trying to find Williams, partially successful, with several bad pass TOs.
Our D worked in 1st half, but not so in the 2nd until the final crazy mins. Dunn has a lot to learn as Edwards too easily drove by him to easy layups. Ott subed in Goodwin for him to stop the bleeding.
Team spirit is great, it seems everyone is into it. When they keep improving, I like our chance to get into POs.

Underrated part of that sequence is Gillespie forcing Ant to spin and pick up his dribble. In the moment I thought for sure he'd get the game winner.
I was going to mention this too. He forced him to give up his dribble.
