(WJHL) — It was a perfect night for wooden bat baseball in the Tri-Cities.
Once again, the Johnson City Doughboys were at home facing the Pulaski River Turtles, the Axmen were back in Kingsport Thursday night hosting the Elizabethton River Riders, and the Greeneville Flyboys were still on the road against the Bluefield Ridge Runners.
Final scores:
River Turtles 2, Doughboys 8
River Riders 1, Axmen 4
Flyboys 11, Ridge Runners 2
