I think it is a poorly worded sentence missing a comma, or changing a word or two.

The good news it, Williams most likely doesn't need surgery based on the destination. If its his ACL sprain, then he's probably not playing this year. MCL sprain, then my guess would be either the Cowboys or Swahawks the week after.
More than once I’ve been having a good day before I read what he writes.
My biggest concern is they let W Johnson play and he aggravates that groin, which could put him out half of the season.
