Alabama baseball has suffered its third injury of the South Carolina series and its second injury of game two.
Johnny Lemm, the Crimson Tide's designated hitter, limped off of the field on Saturday, May 9 before the middle of the third inning.
Lemm was running to first base and extended his leg while trying to make it safely. However, he suffered an apparent ankle injury in the process.

One inning earlier, Alabama lost starting catcher Brady Neal, who left the game for a concussion evaluation brought on by a foul ball to the face mask to start the day.
The Crimson Tide also entered the game with shortstop Justin Lebron − another concussion protocol victim after a late collision in the series opener.
Lemm helped No. 19 Alabama (33-17, 14-11) get on the board by bouncing into a fielder's choice, scoring a leadoff hit by Bryce Fowler.
