Oso is a 7' and had a 17% chance of making it to the NBA as such. It doesn't matter if he can shoot to make it but to stay he needs to learn.

Oso is 6′ 9.50” without shoes, so this would make him about 7 foot with shoes.

But they won't need to guard him while we are on offense. It'll be 4 on 5 basketball.

If Oso stayed still, this might be true, but he is very active. This is where he will need to carve his niche.

Active to the tune of 4pts in 17min/game. I'm all for being positive but we need to realistic here with him.

If this remains the case, it will eventually reflect on his playing time since the Suns have added more size.

Playing time should be earned unless a player is still developing, but even then, there is a time and place for that.

The coach should know who has earned the right to play.

If he's not guarded then slip inside and score on a dunk.

Oso is on the depth chart at least. The backup for Williams is up for grabs. Same for the PF spot. Competition is good! But yes, he must work hard on his shot to have chance at a long career.

Exactly. We have a less talented Ben Simmons situation with Oso.

He's young so I wouldn't give up on him entirely but now that there is competition he needs to earn his minutes or go to the G-League. He doesn't show more promise than Maluach or even Williams, who are also developing, so giving him minutes to cut his teeth will be difficult.

Richards is a back up who started for us last season, he's the back up for sure to Williams. Probably splitting time with Mal.

this simply isn't true

It was true last season, so unless he's developed some sort of shot outside of a push shot (which he's not even that good at too in nba games) he'll be in there for spot energy minutes. He does not even look at the rim while being so wide open.

The numbers are the numbers for this kid, heck he can't even be consistent in summer league. He lead the summer league team with the most minutes and went 1 for 8. Let's be real with Oso.

Oso did better than Richards in some games last year. Not everyone must be a great scorer for the team to play well. Defense, energy, rebounding and passing goes a long way. We'll see.

Who is the center who has multiple championships for the Warriors? Can he shoot? We’re talking about the 3rd or 4th string back up.

oso was playing as a rookie and was literally the last scoring option - and again still had a high shooting percentage

im pretty sure we're keeping richards because oso is playing power forward while others think oso will be in the g-leage but like i said - we'll see

He’s was second round rookie the criticism is insane. We’re talking about him being a back up not a starter.

Because he was surrounded with great shooters and a deep warriors team. He didn't do squat when they were all injured, hence mr triple single.

Exactly. So i'm not sure why some people are all giddy about him this season.
