I’d much rather the Cards do this with Kyler and Richardson. If the Colts do this it will say a lot about the perception of Kyler Murray in 2026.
Richardson probably won’t work and and will be an embarrassing bust—but if there’s a 3% chance you can get an above-average QB you gotta take it.

Not for Minkah specifically, but if Monti was smart, he would really explore the trade market for some of these vets. Between pick swaps, taking on salary, and giving up picks, he would have a really good opportunity to jumpstart the roster and buy himself more time. I don't love giving up picks, but the roster doesn't lack 6th round talent.
