anyone else notice the Browns love to trade for Texans then give them fat contracts??

also,...I wonder if Monti has been in on this trade seeking activity or if he has tunnel vision for the combine and draft prep....
seems a diligent GM would keep his eye on both landscapes this time of year.

a starting caliber RT for a 5th is a pretty solid deal.
