As No. 22 Texas A&M baseball prepares for conference play Friday, it might be getting good news at just the right time.
The Aggies (15-1) travel to Norman, Okla., to face No. 9 Oklahoma and may have two key players back in the lineup.
Thursday's SEC availability report notably lacked star infielder Chris Hacopian, paving the way for the A&M slugger to make his first return to the lineup since Feb. 27. Additionally, designated hitter Wesley Jordan was listed as "probable" on the initial report and appears to be trending in the right direction as well.

The timing favors the Aggies as they head out for their first real road challenge against the Sooners (15-2).
Oklahoma's lineup features six players batting over .300, with nine different hitters hitting at least one home run. On the mound, the Sooners are led by a strong trio of weekend starters, with Cameron Johnson taking the mound Friday.
Johnson has tallied 32 strikeouts in 21⅓ innings, allowing just six runs and one home run.
For the Aggies, they'll give the ball to Shane Sdao, who sat Oakland down in order in six of his seven innings in his last outing.
