Nope. I like it too. For one reason. Not because he was healthy. Not because I trust him to be healthy. Because this team was night and day difference with him on the court. Unless you can find someone better (which I doubt they can with no assets) or until Man-Man is ready (which the Suns obviously don't he will be anytime soon to start)......this makes sense to me.

If he stays healthy that contract is a bargain. If it's more of the same, he didn't break the bank and could an attractive expiring contract soon.

Let's say Man-Man has a breakthrough? I can't think of a better backup. A guy who is starting material who now is only coming off the bench which increases his chances of staying healthy.

If he had played 82 games, with similar production per minute, we would be looking at $25 million a year, and we probably couldn’t keep him.

This contract reflects the injury factor.
