Yeah… and some more who think we’ve got a good chance to be better next year.

I think watching games will be slightly more enjoyable because we get to start seeing a youth movement and are rid of KD, but from a wins and losses perspective, I’ll be stunned if we’re better or even close to 36 wins.
I mean I hope so. I genuinely like watching young players develop their game - if it happens. It gets pretty frustrating though when it doesn't - think Josh Jackson or Dragen Bender.

I think 36 wins is pretty close to our ceiling. It's not impossible, but most everything has to go right.

His offensive number were good, but overall he was just such a negative on the court. And yes, availability is considered given the salary.

But hey lets not worry about him collecting checks as long as he's being nice.

Then why is no one willing to trade for him?
Because he is owed 110 million over the next 2 years and has a no trade clause.

There are like 6 teams already lining up trying to sign him for likely the mid level right now. It's not that nobody thinks he isn't a good player, he just isn't worth his contract in this very cap constrained league.

Don't know what happened with this guy, but in his 3 years in the league he played pretty well his rookie year, then got worse in his second, then was terrible in his 3rd.

Not a bad guy to take a flyer on though.

He reportedly missed last season because of hip surgery but is said to have made a full recovery, so not a bad player to take a flyer on.

The Suns seem to have learned the importance of having size on their roster, including the addition of large forwards Isaiah Livers and CJ Huntley on two-way contracts.

It’s interesting, I was going to type “why buy tickets for something you can’t stand” and then I remembered fondly all the years of going to horrid Cardinals games. But maybe there’s something bigger in going to a nfl game than the nba . . .

Well, you don’t know you’re going to hate it when you buy them. The previous few years had been really fun in 22. I only saw one loss in person and it was right at the end of the year when we were resting people. They even won all the playoff games I went to… too bad I didn’t have game seven.

Oso Ighodaro says he has put on 15 pounds, 12 of it is muscle.

I'd love to know the time frame for Oso's comment. There is zero chance someone already in great shape can add 12lb of muscle and only three pounds of fat in less than a year.

They do it all the time every summer, heck see Allen in an extreme case. Then they get back to their playing weight.

Might want to ask Grayson Allen.

In this photo, Oso looks in great shape.

Oh I get they can add a bunch f weight, but if someone (a pro athlete) gains 15lb, there is zero chance 12 of 15 pounds is going to be muscle. I get bulking and cutting, but it is literally impossible to add that much muscle. You can probably gain 12lb of muscle in three to six months if you've never worked out, taken a long break from lifting, etc. If you are in decent shape, you might be able to add half a pound a month if you really count your calories, macros, and lift like a maniac for several hours each day. 12 lb in an NBA offseason is impossible. I am lucky if I add half a pound a month without adding that much fat.

Beware scoffers. Oso says he is still the fastest player on the team. ;)
