The Pittsburgh Steelers have significant decisions to make this offseason, particularly regarding who their quarterback will be next season and whether they intend to pursue any major trades.

Pittsburgh made a significant trade following last year's NFL draft when it sent wide receiver George Pickens to the Dallas Cowboys. Could the Steelers look to make a similar move after this year's draft?

Bleacher Report's Gary Davenport identified eight NFL stars who may still be on the trading block this offseason, and T.J. Watt is among those mentioned.

"To be clear, moving Watt for anything less than a first-round pick — even with his sizable contract — would be selling low. It is also fair to question whether the current version of the Steelers, even with Aaron Rodgers, profiles as a legitimate Super Bowl contender," Davenport wrote on Friday. "Add in that the Steelers have an in-house replacement already on the roster in Nick Herbig, and maybe dealing Watt isn't so ludicrous after all."

The Steelers selected Watt in the first round of the 2017 draft, and he has quickly established himself as one of the top pass rushers in the NFL ever since. Over the course of 135 games, he has recorded 517 combined tackles, 136 tackles for loss, 115 sacks and forced 36 fumbles.

If the Steelers are looking to trade Watt, it might make more sense to wait until next season. This way, they can gain draft capital that could potentially help them move up and select a quarterback.
