Middle Tennessee State redshirt junior pitcher Drew Horn was selected by the St. Louis Cardinals with the No. 354 pick in the 12th round of the 2026 MLB Draft on July 12.
The 5-foot-11, 185-pound Horn has a fastball in the mid-90s with a good spin rate.
Horn, a Siegel product, battled an injury in 2026 but made eight starts (10 appearances), going 2-2 with a 7.32 ERA and 41 strikeouts in 35.2 innings.
He had a huge season during a healthy 2025, going 3-1 with a 1.75 ERA and 57 strikeouts in 46.1 innings. That included both a complete-game no-hitter (with 13 strikeouts) and five no-hit innings in another start.

After a standout career at Siegel, Horn played at Walters State before signing with MTSU.
