I'm pretty sure Flex's "insider" status is that he has a cousin who knows a guy, who knows a guy, who's second cousin once removed is on the training staff.

So there is a reasonable chance that there is truth here.

He's been about 50% accurate on health updates and 0% on anything else.

I don't love the guy at all - it's just I pay attention enough to know he is correct more often than not, which most on here seem to simply deny.

Nobody will ever be right 100% of the time or even 80% of the time because things change even if you have a perfect pipeline of info.

I don't know if anyone is particularly annoyed about him giving his "insider" takes, whether they are correct or not. It's more that his way of doing it comes off as self-aggrandizing and self-promoting.

Honestly maybe I'm different but I would rather hear supposed inside info even if the guy giving it had gotten one thing correct ever. I feel I am capable of rating the quality of the info by a person's track record.
