Do yourselves a favor and watch Ott's Press conferences in full after the game. Such a joy to listen to, it's not all just coach speak, the complete opposite of Frank Vogel, for example.

Maybe not the best win of the season, but pretty high up on the list of most impressive win.

I didn't even watch the game real-time since I figured Suns would get destroyed. Holy crap, was I wrong! This was an amazing game!

Same, I blew off the game in real time to watch a chick flick with the wife, thinking I wouldn't mind missing a beat down.

Watched the recording 4am today and was shocked. This team is on its way to being one of my all-time favorites, behind the Barkley/KJ and Nash/Amare teams.

It's by far my favorite group of the Booker era.

This is fantastic. He's fast becoming one of my favorite Suns coaches of all time. I mean, he's actually wearing the Dillon the Villain t-shirt!
i was wondering what happened during the timeott- dillon looked hot and walked back on the court - gillespie came over to cool him out and dillon waived him off saying he was good

guessing that's when he told ott about the match ups happening on the court

my favorite part of the game was the 3rd quarter- pistons kicking our ass - dillon was getting smothered - then ott brought the bench in and left dillon in - it was kinda over after the dillon oso dunn goody foursome came in and caused chaos

ott left dillon in the whole 3rd quarter - we started to fall off again at the beginning of the 4th but the next level (our bench) fought through it til dillon returned

The first half against the best team in the Eastern Conference was impressive. Flat out. The Suns shot 47.4% from three, and they were the aggressor. They pushed around a team that usually does the pushing, and they walked into halftime with a 16-point lead.

After shattering preseason projections, the Suns are 29-19 and buzzing after their most recent 18-point win over the Eastern Conference-leading Detroit Pistons on Thursday. Phoenix, without their two top players in Devin Booker and Jalen Green, handled one of the NBA's best teams.

I watched most of it, but didn't give the Suns much of a chance. I kept waiting for the Pistons to go on a run and take control and they never did.

Note - the Pistons STILL have a bigger lead in the Eastern Conference than the Thunder does in the west

The only difference between Michael Jordan's arrogance and Kevin Durant's arrogance is just an interesting curiosity: Jordan's was hot and aggressive, while Durant's is cool and dressed in insouciance. Jordan was full of rage at all opponents and needed to destroy them to satiate his ego. Durant is so self-absorbed, it's hard to tell whether he cares about opponents, basketball games or anything else. His tweets try hard to sound above everything. Whose arrogance is really more offensive? It is not a practical difference; you wouldn't want to be around either of them.

I never hated Durant, but I don't miss him. Of course he wouldn't mind that.

I don't think anyone disputes that MJ wanted to be the very best while KD wants to be viewed as the very best. MJ was competitive fire. KD is false ego covering for his insecurities.

They really shouldn't be compared. MJ never would have bailed on the Bulls to go to the Pistons because he couldn't lead his team past them.
