I read the trilogy a long time ago. First and second books were good, third fell a little flat.

The show has made enough tweaks to stuff that I’m very engaged to see how they finish it out.

Started this while on a work trip. The first two episodes were great and pretty intriguing. Since then, it’s been a slog. I think I’m about to start episode 6. I hope it gets better as it’s barely able to keep my attention at this point.

Just finished the first season. It definitely picked up over the last 3 episodes. Wasn’t the ending I was expecting, I thought perhaps Allison and Holston might still be alive and living with another group of people.

Look forward to seeing where it goes from here.

You can read the first book. It definitely goes a lot farther than the show has thus far.
