Will need to see the draft considerations, but a good move. Seattle tends to stockpile picks, even a 2 wouldn't be that bad
Kearse was pretty much done regardless, so not loss there
Malik McDowell isn't going to contribute this year so this it's a big gain. The DL is stacked and now has some depth as well

Richardson is one of the best LOLB in the biz....for a player Seattle was going to cut (according to 3 reports Weds and Thursday) and got a top flight player in return. Keim...where where you on this deal? Telling me we couldn't have found a way.....

I can't but help laugh at this. If BASK gave up either Brown and a second rounder for possible one year rental? I think Seattle gave up quite a bit. Not to mention his off field behavior.

Maybe I'm crazy but I don't see it. Possible one year rental with one foot towards being suspended. Even if he stays clean and plays well he will command a huge contract.
