It's in the hands of the minority owners now. I do expect them to take action and remove Sarver. We shall see.

I'm not sure how complicated this might be.

Why do you expect the other owners to out him? I have no reason to believe they will since they've allowed Sarver to run things for 18+ years now so I'm curious why you're optimistic they'll do something.

The reason I'm hopeful the minority owners will take action is they now have additional justification from the NBA to do so as a result of the completed investigation.

There were findings of wrong doing that can be used if there were ethic or moral clauses in the contract.

Whether they will do so is unknown but I do think they have the legal footing which they may not have had before.

A concern, is the partnership was reportedly involved in the investigation and as such may be agreeable to the findings as a course of action.

There is no "sophomoric" behavior element or animus that can possible excuse that type of behavior. It is reprehensible.
He should be removed by any means necessary from owning any NBA team or being a partner in any capacity. This slap on the wrist is not acceptable.
I will not be watching or spending any money on the Suns as long as he's still involved. Not that that will matter.

Jesus Christ… the investigation shows back in 2004, this racist piece of crap had been told not to say the n-word, even repeating back what someone else said, yet they found he did it at least two more times before a THIRD time where he said it AGAIN and wanted to know WHY he couldnt say it. This is a man who knew saying the word was wrong, continued to say and then COMPLAIN that he couldn’t say it.

When he asked one of his basketball people what the team needed, they responded “More diversity”. To which this racist responded “No, no, no. I hate diversity.”

The more I read, the more beyond disgusted I get.

Sarver once exposed his genitals to a male employee “who was on his knees in front of Sarver performing a fitness check that Sarver had requested and had undergone before. Past experience would have taught Sarver that dropping his underwear was unnecessary for the fitness check.
