Believe it or not, we are just two weeks away from the long-awaited return of Conor McGregor at UFC 329 on July 11 in Las Vegas, Nevada, as “Notorious” meet Max Holloway in a main event rematch.
It feels surreal, especially considering everything else that is going on in MMA right now.
While there’s still some time for something to go horribly wrong (like this), fight fans are hopeful McGregor and Holloway both make it to the cage. The two stars will meet at 170 pounds, which was McGregor’s main request for the fight and the first time Holloway will compete at welterweight. It certainly favors McGregor, but “Notorious” will still be competing for the first time since breaking his leg against Dustin Poirier back in 2021.
After such a lengthy layoff, some fight fans may not remember how good McGregor was. They’ve been watching Holloway’s greatness over the past five years, but nothing from “Notorious.” As a reminder to all, UFC has released an official full fight marathon featuring key performances from both McGregor and Holloway. It’s a great watch ahead of their rematch two weeks at UFC 329.
