Now that the 2026 NBA draft is over, teams across the league are scrambling to add their guys from the undrafted pool. The Oklahoma City Thunder have signed Creighton's Josh Dix to a two-way contract, per ESPN's Shams Charania.

Dix played in four collegiate seasons from 2022-26. He played his first three years at Iowa before transferring to Creighton. He averaged 13.2 points on 43.9% shooting, 3.7 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 34 games this past season. He shot 33.8% from 3 on six attempts. The 21-year-old is a 6-foot-6, 205-pound guard.

The Thunder must really like Dix's game to sign him to a two-way deal out of the gate instead of a Summer League tryout. He joins a recent trend of former Iowa players who have landed in OKC. As a reminder, two-way contracts allow players to be active for 50 NBA games and seamlessly spend time in the G League.

The Thunder came away with three players from the 2026 NBA draft — Michigan's Aday Mara with the No. 12 pick; Iowa's Bennett Stirtz with the No. 16 pick; Kentucky's Otega Oweh with the No. 41 pick. Expect all four to suit up for OKC in the 2026 Summer League.
