The Los Angeles Ramsonly held a walkthrough on Wednesday, continuing to give players a lighter start to the week this late in the year as everyone manages bumps and bruises.

On Thursday, the Rams held a normal practice but were once again without one of their top players. Byron Young is still sidelined by a knee injury suffered against the Chicago Bears on Sunday, missing his second straight day.

Sean McVay said the team is being smart with Young leading up to this weekend’s game, and that he’s still expected to play. As for some good news, Quentin Lake was back in the building Thursday after staying away from the team Wednesday due to an illness. McVay hoped it would be a quick bug, which appears to be the case considering Lake returned Thursday.

Rams LB Byron Young is missing his 2nd straight day of practice with his nagging knee issue, but he’s still expected to play Sunday, Sean McVay says.

Emmanuel Forbes Jr. was limited to start the week on Wednesday due to a shoulder injury but he's expected to play against the Seahawks this weekend, McVay says. The Rams are healthy at just about every position, which is great news, but Young's status is one to monitor.

This story will be updated when the injury reports are released by both the Rams and Seahawks.
