After two road wins over the Carolina Panthers and Chicago Bears, the Los Angeles Rams are looking to make it three in a row by taking down their division rivals on Sunday in the NFC title game. They’re visiting the Seattle Seahawks this weekend and they began their week of practice on Wednesday with a walkthrough.

Byron Young is dealing with some knee soreness, so the team is being smart with him. He would have sat out on Wednesday if the Rams were holding a normal practice.

Emmanuel Forbes Jr. was estimated as a limited participant with a shoulder injury, which he suffered in Sunday’s win over the Bears. Quentin Lake was held out due to an illness but Sean McVay hopes it’s only a minor sickness.

Given how late it is in the season, the Rams are in great shape. Injuries are a minor concern as they head into the NFC Championship Game against the Seahawks this weekend.

The Seahawks don’t have any major injury concerns but their list was much longer on Wednesday. Starting tackle Charles Cross missed practice, while Sam Darnold and Uchenna Nwosu were both limited.
