Raiders fire Buckner

Let's bring him back, his kid is in HS here. I don't know how good of a coach he was but he sure seemed the part on All or Nothing.



In just one season with the Raiders, Brentson Buckner's work as defensive line coach saw the unit go from a league-worst 13 sacks in 2018 to 32 in 2019.

I thought the same. He did a good job here. He was the DL coach through the years we actually had a good O line.

I’m not sure what Buckner did for the Cards besides be a charismatic presence on “All or Nothing.”

Only thing that gives me (and likely Micheal B) pause is Buckner was part of the Arians menagerie that liked to scream and curse at players. I don’t think that culture exists any longer with KK, but who truly knows unless you’re on the sidelines.
