Raiders' starting job is Kirk Cousins' to lose

Las Vegas Raiders QB Kirk Cousins remains the favorite for the starting quarterback position as head coach Klint Kubiak said it's his job to lose.

Huddle Up: This is an interesting quote if you read between the lines. Kubiak said previously that Cousins is the starter, but now he has left the door open for No. 1 overall pick Fernando Mendoza to win the job. It's still likely that Cousins opens the year as the starter, but he's on borrowed time. Cousins is a midrange QB2 best used in superflex leagues, and Mendoza is a dynasty option.
