The 27 year old is believed to have shot the victim while riding in his Tesla SUV. However, police and the internet have been left confused by how he is able to drive or allegedly capable of shooting someone.

Webber faces charges including first-degree murder, second-degree murder and other charges. Webber allegedly owns several handguns and rifles due to some of his social media posts.

“That’s one of the great things about our sport, how accessible it is, and how we like to say anyone can play, anyone can win, because if you want to put your mind to it, you want to put the time into practice, you can become competitive,” said ACL commissioner Stacey Moore to Fox News Digital earlier in March.
