Paul Pierce, I have to give you credit.
Just an hour before publishing this post, I wrote about how the Hall of Famer's on-air bet on FS1's Speak completely backfired -- he was so certain the Boston Celtics would beat the New York Knicks in Game 2 on Wednesday that he said he'd walk 15 miles from home to work in his robe if they didn't.
Well, the Celtics didn't. And I wrote this: "Obviously he won't pay up, but this is gold."
Update! HE DID PAY UP. Pierce's Instagram Story shows his journey on Thursday morning and this, too, is gold:
We'll update this with more videos if he posts them. Good job staying true to your word, Paul.
