OK, based on this completely unscientific poll, after 60 data points we are at a 2.68 person per vehicle average. So based on 63000 capacity:
Primary parking - 14000 * 2.68 = 37567
Secondary parking - 7500 * 2.68 = 20125
Boonies = 5308
Not as bad as I originally thought. And yes, I am a numbers dork, no need to remind me.

And again, your numbers assume every fan will arrive by POV. Anyone arriving by bus (and any no shows) reduce that "Boonies" number even further.
