Green Bay Packers coach Matt LaFleur provided injury updates on several players, including quarterback Jordan Love, during Tuesday's pre-practice press conference. Love is in concussion protocol after suffering a head injury on Saturday in Chicago.
LaFleur said his team will have a walk-through practice on Tuesday, and both of his injured quarterbacks will be participants in a limited capacity.
Injury updates from LaFleur's Tuesday's press conference:
-- On Jordan Love: "He's in the (concussion) protocol, and he will practice per the protocol, so he will be limited." LaFleur said Love was in meetings on Tuesday.
-- LaFleur said backup Malik Willis will also be limited on Tuesday due to a shoulder injury.
-- On feeling better about Love and Willis: "Not necessarily. We have to see how they progress throughout the week. By no means are they in the clear."
-- On Josh Jacobs, who is still battling a knee injury: "He will be limited." LaFleur says the Packers will weigh the short term and long term ramifications of playing or resting Jacobs this week.
-- On Zach Tom and Evan Williams, who both missed last week with knee injuries: "They are doing better." No word on whether they will practice Tuesday.
-- -- On Collin Oliver, who was activated from the PUP list on Monday: "I think that would be a little premature to say he's ready to contribute. Does he have promise? Absolutely, he does. Just watching him practice all last week, you see why we took him. I just think he needs more reps. In the event we need him, early showings are promising."
-- On Josh Whyle, who missed last week with a concussion and remains in the protocol: "He will be limited as well." Whyle and Luke Musgrave are currently the only two tight ends on the roster.
-- LaFleur said Micah Parsons just had a child, will be back in Green Bay on Wednesday and is expected to have surgery on his ACL soon.
