From reports, he was drunk, got into a dispute with a driver (sounds like Sanchez was walking) and he tried to get into his car - Driver first tried to pepper spray him but Sanchez didn't stop so he stabbed him.

So the reporting out now is even nuttier. The truck as mentioned was parked in an alley in the back of a restaurant because the guy was getting used cooking oil that he apparently uses to power his vehicle.

Mark Sanchez was "running wind sprints" in the back alley! Sanchez got mad at the driver because his vehicle was blocking the path Sanchez was running sprints on. He was screaming at the guy, he reportedly stank of alcohol and had slurred speech. He eventually attempted to enter the truck and attacked the guy a fight ensued and the truck driver stabbed him in is words in self defense

At this point I'm wondering about CTE. I'm not aware of him having had concussions so it may just be alcohol or drugs or who knows what but with a former NFL player at his age you have to wonder if maybe he's another one with CTE?

So from the docs that Brian posted he wasn't actually collecting the oil to use in his truck, he works for a company that collects and recycles used oil. So he wasn't just some hippie he actually was driving a work truck. I wondered why someone would convert a box truck so this explains that
