Top end looks extremely weak, Linderbaum is the best guy for us and shift fro to guard and it goes a long way.

Per @JasonLaCanfora The Ravens and C Tyler Linderbaum have reached an impasse. It would appear unless something drastic happens. Tyler is slated to hit free agency.
He should be our top target. Wish we had drafted him but better late than never.

: The Colts aren’t expected to let WR Alec Pierce reach free agency, and could even use the $28M franchise tag on him depending on how negotiations go with Daniel Jones, per@uSTADIUM Pierce had a career year in 2025 and Indianapolis doesn’t want to lose him.

Trey Hendrickson's contract is set to void today, leaving behind $6.5M of dead cap to the #Bengals for the 2026 season. The 31-year-old is considered one of the top free agents this March, and is a fringe franchise tag candidate ($30.2M) as well.

Deebo Samuel's contract voids, he'll count $12.3 million against the Commanders' cap and hit free agency next month.

I dunno... Pearce is probably more than they want to pay... But Frodo was a per project of The Petzing and he is aging, but also has experience at guard... I could see Linderbaum being brought in as the anchor of the ML era
I don’t disagree. Great addition, but too expensive for us.

Among the predictions I logged today: The #Cardinals signing WR Alec Pierce to a three-year, $66M contract.

Pierce, 25, is likely to be the top WR on the open market and should command at least $20M/yr from what I've heard.

That would be awesome! But I'd expect Pierce to get more than that.

Question about contract QB Malik Willis will receive isn't about APY, it's length of deal and how much will be fully guaranteed at signing. We're less than a month away from hundreds of initial contract reports that will not accurately provide the true terms.

You expect more for a guy that even in his best season averaged a whopping 2.7 catches a game? Really?
I certainly could be wrong - but as the #1 WR on the market, with the Colts speculated to use the franchise tag on him ($28M/yr), I think a team will pay him on what they project he'll do on the new team. Over 20 y/c for two years in a row makes him a rare talent in a market where a LOT of teams could be competing for his skillset.

i like the player, and the Cards need somebody to threaten deep

but they have their #1 and #2 guys -- sign a guy like Tutu Atwell to be the guy who runs at the deep safety and gets 2 targets a game

New York #Giants impending free-agent WR Wan’Dale Robinson is projected to sign a 4-year/$71M deal this offseason.

This would make him the 24th highest-paid WR in the #NFL, according to Spottrac.

Three teams to watch in FREE AGECNY

#Titans #Jaguars and #Giants

Probably gets it done pretty quickly.
Outrageously high for the player. But not for a starting QB... short term keeps it easy to recover from. High guarantee makes it appealing to the player.

He likely won't get that much... but if I'm a GM of a team that needs a short term QB1...I have the value figured out before he arrives and would drop something like this in front of him right away...like, over tacos and Modelo, and make sure he never gets a chance to see what anyone else is offering.

Speculation is kinda entertaining when it ain't my money.
If it was Chucks money...

Okay, 10 grand per start...100 bucks per snap...10 dollars per passing yard and 20 per rushing yard...passing TD is $1000...rushing TD is 2000...
Get a win...it's an additional 25k per start...
50k for each WR you send to the pro bowl...
100k for each pro bowl RB...
1 million for a league leading WR... 2 mill for a league leading RB...

Stay safe out there!

Didn''t Monti sign Tez Watkins, or something like that, to be our deep threat?
