First off Europe and the UK are totally different and no they don't allow that. Climb down from your high horse and be a little less obnoxious.

How the Roadside Test WorksThe Device: Police commonly use a saliva-collecting plastic cassette (such as DrugWipe) that shows results in about 3 to 8 minutes.Target Substances: Standard roadside kits test primarily for cannabis (THC) and cocaine.

But I do stand corrected, the British cops can use what they call a FIT. However it can't be used as widely as a FST as if never heard of it before.

The point is they do everything possible to eliminate subjective calls.

There is no need to get pissed Shane I want to be harder on DUI than you do. I just think the FST has a history of abuse
I’m not the least bit pissed or upset. It’s legitimate questions. No high horse. That’s the problem with text no context apparently. I’m not using harsh language or exclamations for that matter. But good to know thanks for explaining. Not sure where you’re coming across thinking I’m for lesser penalties either. I’m all about extreme penalties for DUI. They kill too many people.

I didn't think that, I was trying to make sure you knew I agreed

We just disagree on FST and how all LEO should be trusted, most yes but not all

I don’t even think all LEOs should be trusted… there’s def a clear percentage of bad cops out there. Not only are there some crooked ones. There’s some who are just bad at their job and it’s not even intentional/malicious. They just suck.

Tony Romo's CBS suspension may not be temporary.

Per SI, the network is using the situation to test a Jim Nantz-J.J. Watt pairing long-term. Romo's OWI hearing is Sept. 21. If cleared, return uncertain. If not, CBS could invoke a morals clause to exit his $17M/year deal.

Wow. Imagine losing a job worth $17 million/year just because you couldn't be a responsible adult.
