If you want to quit, try chantix. I havnt had one in almost 6 weeks and havnt had much of an urge. I smoked a pack a day for 20 years and will never go back.

Haven't smoked since end of March thanks to Chantix. After the first week of 2 a day pills I was supposed to give up smoking and continue with the pills. I was sneaking a drag now and then and that eventually made me feel sick. I was when I went back to see the wife in FL that I realized I didn't have the urge anymore.
