Lost my router. Burch is a freak. He’s huge, but surprisingly athletic. He’s very strong and can literally trample blockers. He seemed to wear down too easily and I wonder about his conditioning. He’s a really good tackler. If he gets ahold of you it’s over. Likely plays DE and can control edge when at the top of his game. He can rush the passer and simply collapses the pocket by running over people. Like other ball carriers, if he gets ahold of the QB he could damage him. He mostly rushes in a straight line. If blockers collapse, he gets to QB quickly. He can be defeated by a blocker who understands leverage. Once disrupted, he may cease attacking. He also fails to pursue on occasion. This pick shows how much confidence Ossenfort has in his coaches. Burch needs to be frequently rotated and rested to recharge. For Bonanza fans, think Hoss Cartwright. If used situationally, this guy could be a weapon of mass destruction.

I Still liked Josiah Stewart more at this point. I like the more twitchy, speed guys off the edge. Burch definitely has traits but is less consistent & likely at DE as you say

Gabriel is better than Sanders, but he's on the shorter side and has limited arm strength.
