Today marks the first of two days of the 2026 MLB amateur draft.
You can find part 1 of our draft preview (schedule and rules, etc.) here, and part 2 (some first round names to watch) here.
The Jays pick at #39 overall and again at #103 and #131. The first selection will probably occur some time around 4:15pm ET and will be broadcast on MLB Network and streamed on MLB.com and the MLB apps. The second and third, in the third and fourth rounds respectively, will probably be made around 6:15pm and 7:15pm ET, but of course those are guesses. Rounds 2-4 will be streamed only, with no conventional TV coverage.
