Don't know how to feel about this.
He made some nice plays against the second string last week. I'm guessing they are seeing how he looks playing with the big boys. Got to have quality backups that can be called upon when needed. Now is the time to try it out and see what you got.

The Cardinals are coming off a season in which they finished last in yards gained per pass attempt and yards per completion. They were also last in first down reception percentage and No. 27 in 20-yard catches with 40.

That falls on the entire offense, but Terrell is confident his group has playmakers to do damage down the field this year when given the chance.

Gannon isn't very good at hiding his emotions and whenever he's asked about Simmons he's very stoic. Seems like a bunch of platitudes. I'm not feeling the enthusiasm for Simmons, even when he talks about Gardeck in this interview he's more upbeat.

The pre season depth charts have always meant next to nothing. I believe they have to put one out before PS game 1 and it says it's prepared by the Media Relations Team.
Still interesting.

4 Rookie breakthroughs on offense, only 1 for defense as I expected the opposite

the surprising one, rashard lawrence

the chart is basically how the coaching staff views the overall roster, yes it will change but in certain ways it does represent what has been seen in camp so far

As someone who will be watching the game on TV, I think the charts are great for following the game, and want to know who a certain guy is, when all you have is a jersey number. And the print is large enough to be able to read it. Thanks Media Dept.

There is a lot of unproven on this roster so it isn't a shock players like Cam Thomas, Sanders, Ojulari, Pappoe, and Lawrence are a little farther down. Defensive coaches tent to like guys they can trust.
