I just got an eMail from eBay. The reason the MP3 was pulled was because I had ipod in the title.

I had "Better than ipod?" in the title.

Now that is weird, must be a new policy. I look at fly reels and fly rods on Ebay all the time and that's standard policy, put something like "compared to a Tibor, or like a Sage" so that when someone is searching for high end reels(TIbor) or high end rods (sage) they will see that auction, even though they're not selling a Tibor or a Sage. That's so common I just assumed it must be within their rules.
