After an eventful spring season, Tuscaloosa-area girls soccer teams are left in the spotlight.
The Tuscaloosa News has released its 2026 All-Area girls soccer teams, as well as our Player and Coach of the Year. This spring, Northridge earned its first title in program history through the AHSAA Class 6A state championship, and Tuscaloosa Academy made it to the semifinals of the Class 2A playoff bracket.
Readers can vote below for their own favorite player and coach of the year. Voting closes at noon Thursday, June 25.
All players were nominated by local coaches. If a local school is missing, it is because The Tuscaloosa News did not receive a nomination from that program.
