It’s game on today as the FIFA World Cup kicks off its stay in North Jersey straight through to the final on July 19.
Morocco versus Brazil is scheduled to kick off at 6 p.m. Saturday, June 13. This highly anticipated match is the first one held at MetLife Stadium – New York New Jersey Stadium - for this year's World Cup, as Brazil and Morocco are two legitimate contenders to win in this expanded 48-team field.
We at NorthJersey.com and The Record are out there with you today inside and outside the stadium – on the commute to the game, at neighboring American Dream Mall, in line going through security and the entrance process for the game, getting a taste of the food and a look at the merch inside on the concourse.
