PLOVER – The Stevens Point Curling Club will host two “Experience Curling” sessions this winter for those interested in trying out the sport. The sessions are open to participants of all ages and skill levels.
The events will be held at 6 p.m. Feb. 25 and March 4 at the club, 1515 Maple Drive in Plover, according to a community announcement.
Each session will last two hours and includes curling instructions, food and two drink tickets. The cost to participate is $20.
Participants are encouraged to wear clothing that does not shed and clean gym shoes. All necessary equipment will be provided.
Registration is available online at www.pointcurling.org.
