Eh, I wish I had your confidence in the team. The defense gives a higher floor than last year's team, but we're starting to see the cracks in a Brooks led offense and I don't think we should take any game for granted, nevermind one against a team well ahead of us in the standings.
We aren't a Brooks led offense that is temporary. Against most teams - and especially against the Lakers who play horrible D, we need to just spread the ball around and the offense will still work fine.

Booker and Jalen are about to come back.

The Lakers have played a much easier schedule than us - they should have a better record.

They need production from more guys. Collin had his moment. I was hoping Dunn would step up. Usually they play well when I leave them no chance, so consider this a loss. One last wish, since it's Christmas soon, a clothesline for Luka.
His moment?

It was one game against the best Defense in the league. I am only expecting him to get better as the year goes along.

"Hillbilly Kobe" is amazing.
:D I wish I could take credit for it but I heard an announcer call him that. I can't remember who it was.

ETA:

Just did a google on it and got this AI overview:

The nickname "Hillbilly Kobe" for Lakers' star Austin Reaves originated with a graduate assistant at Oklahoma, Anthony Rainey, but it's fans, media, and teammates (like Talen Horton-Tucker) who popularized it, not one specific announcer; however, Mychal Thompson, the Lakers' radio color commentator, often uses nicknames and has embraced the "HBK" (Hillbilly Kobe) moniker on air, making him a prominent announcer associated with it.

Just saying Collin might not be a 20 ppg guy (pay attention, now I'm doing the reverse psychology thing again).
