Chris Low of On3 recently listed his most impactful transfers in the SEC this season, and Kentucky Wildcats quarterback Kenny Minchey came in at number ten. There were some players listed that will face off against Kentucky this fall, with several being from LSU and Texas..
Texas Longhorns receiver Cam Coleman tops the list. Quarterback Sam Leavitt, left tackle Jordan Seaton, and safety Ty Benefield all made this list for the Tigers. Most of the players on the list were listed in our preseason All-SEC predictions.
We have highlighted this offseason why Kenny Minchey could be in for a breakout season under Will Stein and offensive coordinator Joe Sloan. Stein and Sloan are two of the top quarterback developers in the country, and the offense will lean on Minchey's strengths. This season in a lot of ways depends on how quickly Minchey can adjust to being the signal caller and his production. Minchey had been flying under-the-radar, but the closer we get to the season people are starting to imagine a world where Minchey has a great year in blue.
