Coach should sign with a division rival....on a contract that pays him $1 a year for the first three years.
Make Baltimore pay him to beat them.

I just can't see any way the Bidwill's will pay the money required to land Harbaugh, or any experienced coach. I think it's the main reason Sean Payton is in Denver, while getting ready for the playoffs, while making $18MM/year.

The differences

Payton required draft pick compensation (#1 and #2 pick) and no offset language (previous contract).

Harbaugh just signed an 3 year contract for ~$18M, so the next two years will not cost the Cardinals much at all.
By year 3, the other two (Gannon and KK) will be off the payroll.
Perfect situation for Bidwill.

This account posts a bunch of fake garbage. This is most likely fabricated.
that specific item maybe, but it was also reported that ownership talked to players and the majority wanted him gone.

if true -- I dont know what to make of it

one implied positive if the Cards hire Harbaugh:

he has enough reputation that he will dictate to Mike how things will work and get it in writing.

you will find lots of players want a coach gone when he upholds accountability.
But they still go out and play hard for him.

Cards fan worried about everything except winning.

All these dudes are total Alphas as well. They don’t give a flying fig what the owner thinks or says.

They know football and tell everyone else to get the hell out of the way.
Agree, but that may be a reason why they wouldn't want the job here. If they perceive the owner to be one that isn't willing to stay out of the way or spend the money necessary to build a championship caliber team, they probably wouldn't be interested.

Based on reports Bidbilly did let MO and JG do what they want. Don’t know if its true but hopefully he would do the same with Harbaugh.

Easy to call for a man's job in a world where success is demanded not wished for. Cardinals fans have zero ability to turn up their nose at such a coach. Tomlin too for that matter.
We are the Shallow Hal’s of NFL fandom!

Brian, are they dreams or delusions? No way he comes here. I am calling the giants. Much better organization, have a QB, smash mouth rb, top end receiver and young pass rushers. We have . . . Trey McBride.
our roster is okay.
the biggest problem in getting a new HC IMO is kyler.
2 coaching staffs fired, not a single playoff win,...under sized,...apparently injured again...
but we aint in a position to grab a legit Bonafide replacement in the draft...normally at 3 you would be fine but not this year....and due to kylers contract we are limited in cap to find a guy via trade even if available.

this is a big hurdle for an incoming coach....being faced with sticking with an undersized, under performing, disgruntled incumbent....or a day 2 rookie being your best bet.

I think for this reason an experienced coach makes more sense. a virgin HC already has too much new stuff on his calendar to deal with without adding all the QB hassle

whomever our new HC selects as his QB coach might be the most important decision made the entire off season.

But, I would still fly to Vegas...get Mark nice and drunk...hopped up on cocaine and call girls...and try to sell him kyler and additional draft capital for that #1 pick

That would be the Cardinals way... bring a guy who can walk on water to a town where it never rains.

j/k.

Harbaugh Salary ~ $17MM per year
KK Salary ~5.5 MM per year
JG Salary ~ 4.0 MM per year
Poverty owner

Bidbilly is a small time owner hence our moves are always small time.

Eh it's better than that. For all the talk up you're giving the Giants, they were worse than the Cardinals for a good chunk of the season.

Michael Wilson is a legit NFL receiver and as much as we bash MHJ, so is he. I love Skattebo, but I doubt he really becomes a real selling point.

Much better organization? Not in recent years. Their GM didn't want QB Jaxson Dart or WR Malik Nabors. Former HC Brian Daboll fought to get those players. And he was fired but they retained Schoen as their GM. The same guy that let Saquon Barkley walk over numbers then signed Darius Slayton to the same deal which Barkley had wanted. SMH.

The Giants’ 22-45-1 record in GM Joe Schoen’s four seasons is the sixth worst in the NFL over that stretch.

You’re not wrong.

I also think it’s concerning that he doesn’t call offense or defense plays. This isn’t Sean Payton or Andy Reid here.

Baltimore fans still hate they didn’t get rid of Harbaugh for Mike Macdonald.
I there are reasons to be interested in Harbaugh. He is what his record is. I don't know that he can replicate that in AZ, but I do think he has a floor of competency AZ has almost never had. It likely won't happen, but I see him similar to Vrabel (who I liked) as a candidate.

I like Dabol a lot as an OC for whoever comes in.

This was referenced on the radio this morning as to why Harbaugh may have been pushed out in Baltimore. Things apparently aren't going so well with their MVP QB.

Baltimore writer calls out Lamar Jackson for late-night video games, falling asleep in Ravens meetings

LOL

I wondered who leaked this trash.
How does anyone know the habits of a single guy in the privacy of his own home?

LJack is a top 3 QB in this league. Someone was trying to save their job it looks like.
