It looked like Ingram was moving down the RB list, so not a surprise letting him go.
I think they moved Stille up from PS and determined he was not Ready.
They may move Stille to the PS.
They will promote a DL from PS, probably Hoskins, He was elevated against the Rams, and maybe they saw something they liked.
