The 2026 South Dakota high school girls state basketball tournament is here, and athletes from around South Dakota will flock to Rapid City, Watertown and Brookings for a chance at a state championship.

Fans are sure to want to watch and attend the tournament as well, which runs from Thursday, March 12, through Saturday, March 14.

Here's all you need to know about how to watch and how to buy tickets to see the action.

How to watch South Dakota state girls basketball 2026​

All rounds of the girls state basketball tournament will be streamed on the South Dakota Public Broadcasting website.

South Dakota girls high school state basketball tickets​

The three-day South Dakota high school girls basketball state tournament is separated into six sessions at each location, two for each day of competition.

Tickets can be purchased here or at the door. All-session adult tickets are $72, and adult tickets per session are $17. Student tickets for all sessions are $42, and student tickets per session are $12.

Children kindergarten age or younger are admitted free, children in first through 12th grade are eligible for student tickets, and all others are considered adults.

There may be additional fees for buying tickets online.
