If you sign for $10-12M a year, you will be the highest paid Cardinal...more than even Fitz, who is at this time arguably the best player in the NFL.

Is being the highest paid Cardinal not enough for you?

The Cardinals want to bolster their roster to make another Super Bowl run with you at the helm. Can you understand and appreciate that?

You didn't get to the Super Bowl alone. Your homey Q needs to be taken care of too.

Take your fair slice of the pie, but leave some for your teammates.

Your loving fan,

Mitch

Do you think the McFadden talks are keeping out front office from really jumping in and taking care of the warner situation? Or not?

Nope. Minus what they are budgeting for Kurt we still have plenty of cap room to work with to sign McFadden and more pretty easily.

We're working with about 30M cap room right?

Warner 12M, McFadden would be about 5-6M hit. Wilson's redo about a 3M difference from what his hit would've been. That leaves 10 Mil. approx.

If they take care of Boldin that knocks off another 6 Mil or so. That leaves 4 Mil to take care of rookies salaries and everything else.

Yeah, but we need more additions and should get them from subtractions (Edge, etc.).

IMO yes they should, we should not let KW and his agent hold us hostage with silly games.

The decision on Warner is important...

If we decide that Warner is not signing then our offensive strategy will change with Leinart at the helm.

We cannot have him gun slinging like Warner. Our focus will be more on a balanced attack.

For that to happen, we need a solid RB in FA. We just cannot depend on Hightower.

Plus, we gain an extra 5 mil by releasing Edge and even more by restructuring Chike.

I think we made a very solid offer to Kurt if he doesn't accept I am ready to move on to Leinart.
