I posted this thread after the Seahawks game last week and quite a few on the Board disagreed with me that Gannon is part of the problem. Well, unfortunately I can't eat crow after today's disastrous loss to the Titans. This is as bad as it gets and Gannon will hold no one accountable.

The hot seat is officially getting warm. If he gets to year 4 all depends on how they finish from here. Sadly I don’t think Mike Bidwill will demand much accountability. Another 8 win season perhaps saves his job. Personally I’d let him go if there’s not a playoff berth, whether that’s a 9 win season or 10 win season.

The Cardinals are still paying Kliff's contract (offset by his earnings in Wasington) through 2027. Having to buyout a second head coach at the same time and having to hire a replacement would be interesting. Plus you would have no QB in place, so you're probably not getting the best candidate.
