I’m looking over the remaining schedule and I don’t see many more wins , we definitely are NOT beating the Saints , so 2-5 here we come .

NO. It is pure economics.

They got full five years of contracts pending. Bidwill is low on cash plus with recession upon us and the franchise needs to save every dollar it can as fans cut on discretionary spending.

No Way until October 2023 any move will be made.

You know how those contracts are structured? What the buy-outs are?

I agree, I just don't see Bidwill paying a massive buyout to get rid of a coach.

I’ve seen several comments that Bidwill is low on cash. Where is the proof of this. If he was why the extension to SK and KK, why buy a plane.

Bidwill cut some of the seasonal ticket holder benefits. If they are willing to take away small potato items from fans, there is likely a cash issue after extending KM to the tune of 150 million guarantees. Also, there are no reported public businesses of Bidwill family that generate good revenues.

It’s not going to happen. No way that Bidwill fires anybody before the end of the season. He would have to admit that he made mistakes

There are generally no buyouts in the first years of any contracts (see Rhule contract in news ). So if Bidwill fires Kliff or Keim, the first two years or so he may be on the hook for guarantees

He’s not Stan Kroenke but firing Kliff won’t affect him financially. It’s an ego thing.

Kliff couldn't possibly get fired seven games in to a 85 game contact could he? Seriously? That would make that contact extension the worst in the 13.8 billion year history of the universe.

That would like naming a player your defensive signal caller for the season, and then benching him five minutes into the first game. What jackwagon of a franchise would possibly do that?

Also potential new coach may not want Murray, thus increasing exposure of lost cash..until October 2023 there is no scenario where Kliff, Keim and Murray (cut, trade or benched) will be fired

The franchise is worth like $4 billion dollars. The Bidwill’s could throw a rock and hit a bank that would loan them the $10mm to buy out Kliff even if they didn’t have it lying around.
Where would Bidwill go to get cash for next coach hiring? Pawn Shop?

You ever run a business?

Salaries come from operating revenue. One time capital expenditures such as eating a fat contract could come from operating reserves (ie cash on hand) or you can borrow against the business and write off the interest.

Anyone who thinks the Bidwill’s don’t have the means to buy out Kliff doesn’t know any truly wealthy people. Also when it comes to economics - the shortfalls from empty seats, Rojo Hospitality (don’t get me started), gameday merchandise, parking, other businesses associated with Cardinal football, etc add up pretty quick vs $10mm when you’re talking about stacking a bunch of losing seasons. If MB can’t see that he’s dumber than I think.

Bidwill has the cash to do whatever he wants. Why are we crying over billionaire problems?
