From 769 girls basketball teams statewide at the start of the season in November, the final 28 have emerged for the state tournament.
Four teams in each of seven divisions head to the Dayton area in pursuit of championships, including four from central Ohio.
Pickerington Central (Division I), Big Walnut (Division II), Circleville (Division IV) and Harvest Prep (Division VI) all are two wins away from cutting down the nets at University of Dayton Arena.
While semifinals will be played at UD Arena, Wright State and Vandalia Butler, all state finals will be played at UD.
Here is the state tournament schedule:
Semifinals (March 12 at UD Arena): Cincinnati Princeton vs. Wadsworth, 6 p.m.; Pickerington Central vs. Kettering Fairmont, 8 p.m.
Final: 8:30 p.m. March 14
Semifinals (March 13 at Vandalia Butler): Akron Hoban vs. Olmsted Falls, 6 p.m.; Big Walnut vs. Cincinnati Mount Notre Dame, 8 p.m.
Final: 5:15 p.m. March 14
Semifinals (March 12 at Wright State): Dayton Chaminade Julienne vs. Copley, 11 a.m.; Chillicothe Unioto vs. Akron St. Vincent-St. Mary, 1:30 p.m.
Final: 3:45 p.m. March 13
Semifinals (March 12 at UD Arena): Cincinnati Purcell Marian vs. Shaker Heights Laurel, noon; Circleville vs. Bellevue, 2 p.m.
Final: 12:30 p.m. March 13
Semifinals (March 13 at Wright State): Ottawa-Glandorf vs. Proctorville Fairland, 5 p.m.; Creston Norwayne vs. Portsmouth, 6:30 p.m.
Final: 2 p.m. March 14
Semifinals (March 12 at Wright State):Harvest Prep vs. St. Henry, 5 p.m.; Castalia Margaretta vs. Canton Central Catholic, 7 p.m. March 12
Final: 7 p.m. March 13
Semifinals (March 13 at Wright State): Ottoville vs. Strasburg-Franklin, 11 a.m.; Attica Seneca East vs. Russia, 1 p.m.
